Cancellation Policy

We truly appreciate your time—and we kindly ask that you respect ours as well. When you cancel late or don’t show up, it limits our ability to serve other clients on our waiting list.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before, or a no-show, will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • Same-day cancellations (e.g., canceling after 10:00am on the day of your appointment) will also incur a 100% fee.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be marked as canceled and charged accordingly.

To avoid these charges, please contact us by 5:00pm the day before your appointment.

We are unable to book future appointments until any outstanding fees are paid.

Also, please note: To avoid booking conflicts, our system may cancel closely scheduled appointments under one account. If you’d like to book multiple sessions in advance, please reach out to us directly.

Additional Charges

To ensure transparency and clarity, please note the following additional charges that may apply:

  • $5 surcharge for requests made with a Master Artist Technician

  • $10 surcharge for maintaining long natural nails

These additional fees reflect the time, skill, and care required to accommodate specific requests. Thank you for your understanding.

Service Fix Policy

We do not offer refunds, and all nail service sales are final. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you experience any issues with your nails, you are welcome to return for a complimentary fix within 7 days of your original appointment. Fixes are provided free of charge for premature lifting, chipping, or any other issues related to the quality of our work.

Please note: Clients under the age of 16 are not eligible for complimentary fixes. This is because younger clients tend to use their hands more actively in daily life, increasing the chance of lifting or breakage. Additionally, they may not yet have the ability to properly care for their nails, which makes it harder to ensure lasting results.

Fix eligibility is based on the date you contact us—not the date the issue first occurred.
If more than 7 days have passed before you notify us, the service will no longer be eligible for a complimentary fix.

Refund Policy

Our team takes great pride in providing exceptional service and outstanding customer care. While we do not offer refunds for salon services, your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you have any questions or concerns about a service you received, please let us know before leaving the salon. If you're not satisfied with the results, we ask that you return to the salon so we can visually inspect your nails. If necessary, we’ll make every effort to address the issue by rescheduling you with the original nail artist for adjustments.
